Outside of work, Gianna loves Golden Retrievers, the arts, and skiing. She enjoys hosting get-togethers and provides her guests with guilt-free, healthy snacks.

Roberto Fuertes is the co-founder and vice president of Panza's Gourmet Crackers. With his background as a third-generation F\&B manufacturer, Roberto is well-seasoned in the food and beverage industry. He has successfully led multiple businesses with his entrepreneurial mindset and determined spirit.

As a proud father of three strong-spirited girls, Roberto believes that "girls rule the world." He embraces the joy of life, at times covered in pink glitter. Roberto's passion for his family and business drives him to seek new opportunities for growth and improvement continuously.

Roberto's dedication extends beyond his own business. He is passionate about creating new concepts and helping others achieve their goals. He willingly shares his knowledge and experiences in the industry to support and inspire others in their ventures.
