The Boss Lady

Small and mighty. The one that keeps us grounded, humble and moving forward. She also regulates our working hours, holidays, vacations, free-time, sleeping time and everything in between.

  • 'Panza'

'Panza' is an endearing term for belly in Spanish. You'll often hear 'Panza llena, corazón contento', meaning full belly, happy heart. We got the idea for the name during a Facetime conversation with our young newphews in Puerto Rico.

  • Colorado 2019

The Panza began in Colorado in 2019 in our home's basement. We were at a crossroad in life and wanted a new start. The need and the want led us to re-invented a classic family guava recipe and took the entrepeneurial leap of faith.

  • Florida

By mid 2022 we had outgrown our CO facility and wanted to be closer to family. We packed it all and drove from the Rocky Mountains to the sunny state of Florida. We are proud to state that The Panza truly is a family enterprise (& adventure), but we wouldn't change a thing about it.

We carefully seal and pack each Panza bag and box. The Panza cookie sticks are very thin, some breakage during shipping is normal. They will still be as delicious as ever.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

Yes, we ship to P.R. However shipping systems sometimes do not mix well with P.R. addresses. Look for Puerto Rico under 'country'. If the option does not appear, then check under 'state'.
