Our Story
Just like your family, we cherish the joy of cooking, sharing meals, and creating lasting memories in the heart of the home — the kitchen. It's where stories are passed down, and traditions take shape through flavor. Panza is our modern interpretation of a beloved family guava dessert, lovingly reimagined into over a dozen distinctive, gourmet flavors. With each handcrafted Panza stick, we celebrate our Euro-Caribbean roots — from Puerto Rico, Spain, and Italy — honoring the vibrant cultures that shape our identity. Inspired by global tastes and crafted with organic ingredients, Panza offers a refined indulgence — a journey of flavor that connects past and present in every bite.

THE BOSSES
The Pride and Joy. The center of our family and the quiet force that keeps us grounded, grateful, and always moving forward. With endearing authority, they oversee everything from our work hours to our holidays — gently reminding us when it’s time to pause, rest, and simply enjoy life’s little moments in between. We are extremely proud of each of them. As they illuminate our world with their own unique light.
